The Vision
A strategic partnership to establish One Times Square as the landmark venue for diplomatic and corporate activity during the 81st UN General Assembly. We will host an exclusive, 5-day reception series, bringing Africa's top leadership to your doorstep and positioning the venue as the epicenter of global influence during New York's most important international week.
The Concept
From September 14–18, we will produce a daily private reception from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Each day will be hosted by a single "Guest of Honor Country," providing a turnkey platform at a premium location to promote their national priorities and feature their top visiting officials. The events are standing receptions designed for high-level networking, with attendance managed via a strict, vetted registration process.

Direct Engagement & Stage Time
At each of the five receptions, a One Times Square executive will be invited to give the official 'Venue Welcome,' offering a platform to speak directly to every VIP in the room.
Our Commitment: Zero Risk, Zero Operational Burden
Each reception is entirely self-contained. The host country's contribution covers all direct costs, including catering, staffing, and professional cleanup. We will provide a certificate of insurance naming One Times Square as an additional insured. There will be no operational cost or burden on your team.
